In 1997, Pastor Sushil planted a church in an area with no Christian presence, laying the foundation for a thriving ministry. In 2001, he married his beautiful and dedicated wife, Monica Kumar, and together, they have been unstoppable forces in expanding God’s Kingdom. In 2011, responding to a divine mandate, Pastor Sushil and Monica established Rhema Bible Training College in Chandigarh, India, where they now serve as Campus Directors. Through their leadership, the college has equipped 398 graduates, many of whom are actively serving in ministries across India.

In addition to their role in Bible training, they pastor a growing church with three vibrant branch congregations. Their work continues to inspire, transform, and spread the gospel throughout India. Recently, the Lord called Pastor Sushil to teach and preach the life- changing message of faith through Faith Seminars. Over the past year, these seminars have focused on equipping pastors and leaders, empowering them to live and lead with unshakable faith.
